The weekly rental includes the full support of our Guest Services Department, weekly housekeeping and linen change and all bills apart from the telephone. There is also a 24/7 out of hour telephone assistance for emergencies such as lockouts and utility services failure.

If booking for 3 or more months, there are excellent discounts available on the weekly rental rates - VAT is charged on the agreed weekly rate .

Tenancy Agreements

For Private and Corporate use. A signed tenancy agreement and full payment is required prior to release of apartment keys. Two hard copies of the tenancy will be posted in advance of arrival where possible to be signed and returned to The Apartment Service office. A faxed copy will suffice if the arrival date is imminent but the two hard copies are still required:

  • Signed Tenancy Agreement (fee £75.00 plus VAT per booking)
  • One month rent as deposit and one month rental in advance
  • Letter of guarantee/reference from employer (HR and/or Finance Department)
  • Bank reference (in most case).
  • Copy of passport (for overseas visitors)

Frequent corporate use would be better suited to our standard umbrella terms and conditions option - please ask for more details. This will considerably speed up the booking process

Please note that all Roomspace Serviced Apartments are subject to a minimum length of stay (Howard House and Cramer House in W1 have a minimum stay period of 90 days) so please check.

VAT (at the prevailing standard rate) is payable on the total accommodation charge.
