Tenancy AgreementsFor Private and Corporate use. A signed tenancy agreement and full payment is required prior to release of apartment keys. Two hard copies of the tenancy will be posted in advance of arrival where possible to be signed and returned to The Apartment Service office. A faxed copy will suffice if the arrival date is imminent but the two hard copies are still required:
