Once you are staying at one of our Executive Roomspace apartments, it is the Guest Services Department that will ensure your apartment contains and provides whatever you may require.

The Guest Services Department ensures that you receive the keys to your apartment together with useful Welcome Pack. They will also arrange for your preferred TV package and web access to be available for you upon arrival.

During your stay the Guest Services Department acts as an on-line Concierge and will endeavour to provide anything that will make your stay comfortable and enjoyable - some items will be charged and some will be included in the service.
